Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Dispatch times may vary depending on availability.

3. Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit card, Afterpay, and bank transfer.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer NZ-wide shipping and international delivery (where applicable).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
Free shipping is available for orders over $XX.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened lash kits, serums, and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
